We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Bakhoorah 2-in-1 Electric Incense Burner, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used or damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
